1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation, using the website astrologershankarprasad.in, or contacting Brahmajnana – Pandit Shankar Prasad Shastri via phone, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

Brahmajnana provides Vedic astrology consultations including Janam Kundali analysis, Kundali Milan (marriage compatibility), Samudrik Shastra (palmistry), Vastu Shastra, Numerology, and related services.

3. Consultation Booking

• Appointments may be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on our website.
• Please provide accurate birth details (date, time, place) at the time of booking — inaccurate details may significantly affect the quality of the reading.
• Consultation times are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Online consultations may be available outside these hours by prior arrangement.
• Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.

4. Consultation Fees

• Fees are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
• Fees must be paid before or at the start of the consultation.
• Fees are non-refundable once a consultation session has commenced.
• For cancelled appointments, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may forfeit any advance payment.

5. Online Consultations

• Online consultations are conducted via WhatsApp, Zoom, or phone call.
• For palmistry (Samudrik Shastra) consultations, clients must send clear photographs of both palms under natural daylight in advance.
• Brahmajnana is not responsible for technical issues on the client's end (poor internet connectivity, device issues, etc.).
• If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule or resume at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brahmajnana and Pandit Shankar Prasad Shastri shall not be held liable for any decision made by a client based on an astrological consultation. Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and their consequences.

Astrological guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For matters of health, law, finance, or mental health, please consult the relevant qualified professionals.

7. Confidentiality

All consultation details, birth information, and personal circumstances shared by clients are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and the Brahmajnana brand — is the intellectual property of Pandit Shankar Prasad Shastri / Brahmajnana. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (Google Maps, YouTube, Drik Panchang, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
